Congratulations to Andy, Barton, and Drew Kizer on completing the Riddle Creek series on the history of Israel!  The four thirteen-lesson books explore the heart of major biblical teaching from the conquest of Canaan to the return of the Jews from Babylonian captivity. I find this series engaging; it invites the reader to think biblically and practically. Love the creative and accurate book titles. Love the discussion questions. Love the excellent example of father/son collaboration. I hope this fine series receives wide use in our Bible classes and family Bible studies.

A great read for believers looking for answers/encouragement about the hope of Christianity. For skeptics, the book is a challenging recognition of the dramatic differences in hope with Christ and hope without Him. Meaningful insights throughout.

Andy Kizer's book I Want To Go To Heaven is a well-written, well-documented book that you should read. It offers the "traditional" view that heaven is not to be established on a renewed or re-established earth. Andy has gathered together a variety of sources both pro and con, that you should have in your library including a variety of writers in the churches of Christ. He deals fairly with the sources, and subsequently affirms his own position. His book comes at a timely setting in history because the renewalists seem to be getting most of the coverage these days. One needs to carefully consider both sides. Andy's book is a welcome addition to what used to be the traditional view of heaven. As a traditionalist myself, on this issue, I thank God for the book Andy has written.
